I got Veron’s contact from a friend of mine. Her reputation as a trustworthy and reliable sales advisor precedes her making her my first choice of buying a Proton car. For your information, this is the third Proton car of my family and our past history with previous sales advisor is not as smooth as our experience with Veron.

She handled everything perfectly smooth especially in the peak session during the launching of X50. At first we opted for X50, but due to the long waiting period, we changed to X70 without test driving it. Our belief that by test driving X50 has exceeded our expectations of the car, X70 would perform better than X50. Every processes conducted by Veron is smooth as silk even in the light MCOs and its siblings.

The process of registering of the vehicle is fast, we managed to get the X70 Premium X within one month and it comes in our favourite colour - red. She delivered the car and briefed us about the car even though a thunderstorm is coming to the area. Too bad it was raining heavily, we can’t take a photo together.

After one month of ownership of the X70, we found out that the car perform beyond our expectation. What we have found out is the sense of safety and security while driving the car. The 1.8 TGDi engine coupled with DCT really liven up the driving experience.

Due to the MCO 2.0, we can’t manage to test the car in a long journey. However, my daily commute to my workplace is much more different that how it was before.

Fuel consumption is never what we have considered when we are buying this car. It is quite high due to stop and go traffic, but the driving experience outweighs the concern.

To sum things up, the experience of buying the car through Veron is a memorable experience. My husband is considering an X50 for his daily commute and would happily engage Veron in case the situation allows it.

Worst service.Waiting almost 30 minutes, nobody attend customer.I want to buy/closed X50 today, but seems nobody care or bother.Too many sells eh...ok.I just go other showroom or buy other brand
